This week I have a fabulous giveaway from Gluten 3 Living. Keep reading to find out how you could win a $200 voucher to spend in store.
Gluten 3 Living is a specialist gluten free store in East Keilor (Vic) that caters for all your gluten free grocery requirements providing an ample product range to choose from.
Added to the store is the convenience of an in-store café that serves fresh gluten free coffee & cakes.
I popped into the store last week to check out what was available for a family member who has coeliac and I was blown away by the fantastic range of products available.
They even have delicious fresh baked gluten free bread 🙂
You can check out some of there products here.
If you or anyone you know is gluten intolerant or likes to follow a gluten free diet you MUST visit this store as soon as you can.
They’ve got a great range of gluten free Christmas goodies at the moment too.

My daughter is gluten/wheat/dairy free so a one-stop shop would be a perfect splurge instead of having to visit a zillion different stores which becomes frustrating!

As someone who can’t eat either gluten or dairy this place sounds like heaven!! I’ve struggled to find bread which doesn’t taste like cardboard for years (though it’s improving…slowly!) and so I’d love to go and splurge on all of the yummy food I can’t normally eat. Thanks so much for the giveaway Tracey! xx

I would pass this on to a dear friend who follows a gluten free diet. It would be nice for her to have some treats now and again, since so much everyday food is restricted for her.

Having more than one gluten-free shop gives me greater choice for foods for my daughter!

My good friend suffers coeliacs and I bet she would be so delighted that I entered this competition for her. She quite often gets stressed about eating out and the potential consequences of not eating properly prepared food. Its a constant worry for her and affects her so much so she has to weigh up whether it is even worth taking the risk and most times stays at home ;( I would love to accompany her to the shop and learn more about the foods on offer and see her stock up on the gluten free products she needs.. I know it can be an expense too… what a great comp!
